Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the defective product.

Delivery policy - Most orders ship within 1 week of order. Special cases may arise which prolong processing and will be noted in the product description.

Return policy – Products may be returned for a full refund only if returned undamaged and unused in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Upon return, the item will be inspected within 24 hours of receipt and the appropriate refund will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
